Eligibility Criteria
i) Pay Level 12 (Pre-Revised Pay Band-3 (15600-39100), 7600 Grade Pay) in Central or State Governments/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/R&D Organizations under Central or State Governments holding Legal Adviser or equivalent posts under Central or State Governments /Statutory Body/Recognized University or Academic Institute and having an educational qualification of LLM/LLB from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
ii) Holding Assistant Legal Adviser or equivalent post in Pay Level 11 (Previous Pay Band-3 (15600-39100), Grade Pay 6600) in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Body/PSU/R&D Organization under Central or State Government/Statutory Body/recognized Universities or academic institutes are under the control of central or state governments. Having at least three years of experience in that post and educational qualification of LLM/LLB from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
iii) Organizations/statutory bodies/recognized universities or academic institutes under the Central or State Governments are under the control of the Central or State Governments. Having at least five years of experience in that post and educational qualification of LLM/LLB from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Selection Process
Once you’ve applied, your application will be reviewed by a Screening Committee. If you make it through this stage, you’ll then be invited for an interview by a Selection Committee. If you’re eligible and interested, here’s what you need to do: Fill out the application form completely and gather copies of your certificates, mark sheets, and testimonials supporting your age, educational background, and work experience.
Don’t forget to include a no-objection certificate, along with attested copies of your Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) from the last five years.
